Back to Bar Method

Hello!

It all started in Summit, New Jersey where Drew and I raised Elly and Jack. As the kids were growing up, I was introduced to the Bar Method Summit where I began teaching shortly after they opened.

The Bar Method proved to be a safe, effective, energetic, methodical, and results-driven workout for me. My love for the method and the community led me to teach for many years.

As we settled in Manhattan Beach as “empty nesters”… While continuing to coach my clients from all over the country, I was lucky to have Hermosa Beach Bar Method studio for my morning/midday movement.

I am Re-Certified and so passionate about diving back into my love for teaching and community. Please join me as I begin my journey teaching at Bar Method Hermosa Beach and check the schedule for my upcoming classes!
