Sunday Soul Bites {VLOG} - Believe What You Deserve

Happy Sunday!

Sunday Small Bites is getting a name change! Speaking to the SOUL is so much more descriptive of these sweet bites of wisdom! So, welcome, to your 7th Sunday Soul Bite!

We can manifest anything in our lives when we believe that we DESERVE the life we envision.

Visualize: Walking in a tunnel thinking about all of the things you are unhappy within your life.  ex: “Nothing is working, life is so hard, I wish life was easier….”

Now, imagine that you are projecting those thoughts out loud in that tunnel. 

What would happen?  That narrative begins to amplify right back to you…. Can you hear that echo over and over again?

Results? Stuck in the same old habit &  pattern!!!  This is what we as humans have been practicing for way too long. Focusing on what we DON’T want rather than what do DO want…..
